Terms and Conditions 1. Scope and Definitions These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the platform (“Users”). “Service” refers to the website, mobile applications, APIs, and any related features. Any capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the platform’s documentation.2. Users are prohibited from sharing accounts or login credentials with third parties.3. Fees, Taxes, and Payment Terms Fees for paid services are displayed at the time of purchase and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Users are responsible for all taxes associated with their purchases. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.7. Refund Policy Refunds are granted only under the following conditions:- Service unavailability exceeding 72 consecutive hours in a billing cycle
- Material defects preventing use of core features
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the issue’s occurrence.
8. Service Modifications The platform may introduce new features, modify existing ones, or discontinue services at any time. Major changes will be communicated via email and in-app notifications at least 7 days in advance.9. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages In no event shall the platform be liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of data, or other indirect or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.10. Force Majeure Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures. Obligations resume once the event has passed.11. Entire Agreement and Severability These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order forms, constitute the entire agreement between Users and the platform. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
